The Heart
INTERACTIVE SCULPTURE
As part of our 2-day online event, Backstage Pass, we showcased a 6ft tall anatomical heart sculpture made of wire and fabric. People were invited to share their thoughts or the names of people they feel disconnected from so we could add them to the heart. It was such a great success that we decided to extend the project. Please share messages about your loved ones so we can add it to the heart sculpture. It could be the name of a person, a thought, or even a short poem.
This piece is a work in progress, we would love to hear from you!
Six feet is close enough to feel the heart’s energy of those who are near you. For those with whom you cannot share “heart space,” please send their name or a message to add to this evolving sculpture. The project will continue throughout the summer. The piece will live at a few locations across the Sunshine Coast. Stay tuned!
